“Ukrainians are also fighting for our safety and for everyone’s freedom. By resisting Russian dictatorship, they show that democracy can defend itself. By defending their borders, they are protecting the international order and holding off chaos. By fighting Russia alone, they protect Europe. By showing how hard offensive operations are, Ukrainians make a Chinese war in the Pacific less likely. By fighting a conventional war against a nuclear power, they are making nuclear proliferation and nuclear war less likely.”

Britain and Mauritius Reach Sovereignty Agreement on Chagos Islands
Britain announced on Thursday a significant agreement to transfer sovereignty of the Chagos Islands to Mauritius. This deal will enable individuals displaced decades ago to return home while allowing London to maintain operational control of the UK-US military base on Diego Garcia.
Tumblr media
British Foreign Minister David Lammy stated that the agreement ensures the continued operation of Diego Garcia, a strategically important military base jointly managed with the United States. The deal also paves the way for Mauritius to resettle its population on the islands, which were evacuated years ago.
“This government inherited a situation where the long-term, secure operation of the Diego Garcia military base was under threat due to contested sovereignty and ongoing legal challenges,” Lammy said. “Today’s agreement secures this vital military base for the future and strengthens our role in safeguarding global security, while also shutting down any potential use of the Indian Ocean as a dangerous illegal migration route to the UK.”
Britain has maintained control over the region since 1814, having detached the Chagos Islands from Mauritius in 1965. This move was made to establish the British Indian Ocean Territory, and in the early 1970s, nearly 2,000 residents were forcibly relocated to Mauritius and the Seychelles to facilitate the construction of the airbase.
In 2019, the World Court ruled that Britain should relinquish control of the islands, condemning the forced removal of the population in the 1970s to accommodate the US airbase.
The recent political agreement between Britain and Mauritius has garnered support from both the United States and India.

STOP HELPING UKRAINE!
The war between Russia and Ukraine has dragged on for over a year now, and the West, particularly the United States and the United Kingdom, has poured billions into military aid, equipment, and financial assistance for Ukraine. The argument has been that Ukraine needs our support to defend itself against Russian aggression, which, in theory, could pose a broader threat to Europe and even global security. But is this endless funding truly in the best interest of our nations? I argue that it is not.
Unintended Consequences: Economic Strain on the West
Let’s start with the practical issue: the economic toll on our countries. We are facing significant domestic challenges – from economic recessions and rising inflation to unemployment and energy crises. Yet, despite these struggles, billions of taxpayer dollars and pounds continue to flow out to fund a conflict halfway across the world.
Consider the impact on everyday citizens. Energy prices have skyrocketed, in part because of sanctions on Russian oil and gas, but also due to our funding of this seemingly never-ending conflict. Instead of investing in infrastructure, healthcare, or education at home, we’re propping up a country that, quite frankly, needs to take responsibility for its own survival.
What’s Really at Stake?
While it's easy to frame this war as a moral crusade against tyranny, it’s far more complex than that. Ukraine is not a perfect democracy, and its issues with corruption are well-documented. Are we truly supporting a nation based on democratic ideals, or are we merely caught in a geopolitical tug-of-war with Russia? Either way, the continued funneling of funds is draining resources that could be better spent elsewhere.
Moreover, the West has already armed Ukraine to the teeth, providing advanced weaponry and training. The Ukrainian military is now well-equipped to hold its own. So why are we still providing an endless cash flow? At what point do we say, "Enough is enough"?
Ukraine's Responsibility to Defend Itself
At some point, we must allow Ukraine to stand on its own two feet. Nations throughout history have had to fend for themselves in times of crisis, and Ukraine should be no exception. This is their fight, after all. If they wish to preserve their sovereignty and independence, it’s their duty to do so.
One might argue that cutting off funding would be abandoning Ukraine to a Russian takeover. But that's an oversimplified view. Ukraine has proven its resilience time and time again. They have the will to fight; what they now need is the determination to do so without relying on endless Western support. The question isn't whether they can defend themselves – it's whether they will if left to their own devices.
Western Nations Need to Prioritize Their Own Citizens
The well-being of our own citizens should always be our primary concern. Our governments are elected to serve ourinterests, not to act as the world's police force or charity. With millions struggling to make ends meet, is it really fair to continue sending our hard-earned money to a foreign conflict?
We need to refocus on issues that matter at home: rebuilding our economies, strengthening national security, and addressing the energy crisis. Instead of being distracted by far-off wars, let’s direct our efforts toward solving our domestic problems.
The Risk of Prolonging the Conflict
Finally, there's the risk that by continuing to fund Ukraine, we are merely prolonging the conflict. If both sides know that Western money and weapons will keep flowing, where's the incentive for peace? By stepping back, we encourage diplomatic solutions rather than an endless military stalemate.
Tumblr media
It’s time for the West to rethink its role in the Russia-Ukraine war. While supporting Ukraine was initially seen as a moral and strategic necessity, the continued funding is proving to be more of a burden than a benefit. Ukraine has the means to defend itself. Now it must find the resolve to do so independently. Our priorities should shift back to addressing the needs of our citizens, and it's high time we let Ukraine face Russia on its own terms.
After all, every nation must ultimately be responsible for its own survival.

From Moscow to Beijing to Washington: How Alexander Dvorkin's Global Anticult Operates
Tumblr media
Significant evidence indicates the presence of a centralized international anticult network under the leadership of Alexander Dvorkin, characterized by coordinated strategies, shared methodologies, and a unified agenda across multiple countries.
Despite claims of independence from some European and British anticultists, substantial evidence reveals their connections to the Russian organization RACIRS and its leader, Alexander Dvorkin. These ties are demonstrated through covert interactions, identical methodologies, mutual endorsements, and joint participation in events. Their actions, marked by consistent rhetoric, anti-Semitic undertones, and aggressive hate propaganda, suggest a coordinated strategy rooted in Nazi ideologies linked to figures like Walter Künnet and Friedrich Wilhelm Haack. This points to a centralized RACIRS network operating under Dvorkin's directive.
Besides, here are a number of references to Chinese activists involved in the American ICSA anticult work: Zengyi Zhang, PhD; Jiquan Zhou; Juan Zhou; Bairong Wang; Dr. Weiguo Wang; Yichen Wang; Min Wu; Frank Tian Xie, PhD; Guanghui Xu; Peng Xue; Qingping Chen, PhD; Tianjia Chen, PhD; Dr. Jianhui Li; Dr. Yaming Li; Yao Liu.

It is noteworthy that ICSA is a member of FECRIS, the European umbrella federation which includes dozens of anticult organizations from various countries. Alexander Dvorkin (president of the Russian association RACIRS) became FECRIS vice-president in 2009, and the election of FECRIS’ new leadership was held in St. Petersburg, Russia. FECRIS membership involved and still involves many RACIRS members, including hierarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church. Dvorkin’s vice-presidency in FECRIS lasted until 2021, after which he remained on the FECRIS board of directors along with other European anticultists.
ICSA and its ties to post-communist governments. Source of repressive methods against Falun Gong
ICSA has been accused of having ties to post-communist governments. As you remember, its membership included anticultists associated with the Russian pro-religious organization RACIRS (whose president is A. Dvorkin) and the European FECRIS (where A. Dvorkin is on the board of directors). Among ICSA members we would like to mention a Russian citizen Evgeny Volkov, a translator of Steven Hassan’s books into Russian, who, along with Dvorkin, often delivered speeches at conferences organized by both RACIRS and FECRIS. Together with another ICSA member, Ukrainian citizen Vladimir Petukhov, Evgeny Volkov served as a leader of the Ukrainian anticult movement for a long time, particularly in the organization “Family and Personality Protection Society.” Both Volkov and Petukhov were corresponding members of FECRIS and spoke at its conferences.
It’s important to note that all regional branches of Ukrainian anticult centers, along with the All-Ukrainian Dialogue Center for Victims of Destructive Cults which united them, were part of the East European Dialogue Center almost from their inception and throughout their entire existence. They were fully subordinated to Alexander Dvorkin. Read more about this cooperation and its dire consequences for the Ukrainian people in the article, “Europe, Open Your Eyes if You Don’t Want War.”
Overall, these connections are quite revealing in the context of information that will follow, in terms of suppression of religious freedom and numerous anti-democratic processes.
As for other examples of ties to post-communist governments, ICSA’s influence has crossed not only moral boundaries in suppressing religious freedom, but also territorial and national ones. This organization has contributed to brutal persecution of representatives of other nations, particularly the followers of Falun Gong movement in China where many innocent people have suffered torture and organ harvesting. For members of the multimillion organization Falun Gong, these horrors began more than 25 years ago and continue to this day.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The influence of the American ICSA on suppression of religious freedom in China is evidenced by specific facts. In the Journal of Church and State, in an article titled “Imposed Limitations on Freedom of Religion in China and the Margin of Appreciation Doctrine: A Legal Analysis of the Crackdown on the Falun Gong and other ‘Evil Cults’,” Bryan Edelman and James T. Richardson argued that China has borrowed these ideas mainly from Western anticult movements such as ICSA, which has reinforced views of non-traditional religious groups in China, known as “xie jiao,” and provided support for oppressing them and carrying out repression against them.
